Doves have a life time bond with their mate which symbolises the happy couple with the release of "love and devotion", a pair of doves gracefully join together and fly away depicting the union of marriage and the beginning of the couples life together. A dove release is an awesome touch for every ceremony and has a wow factor about it, from the most intimate ceremony to the grandest fairytale affair. 

The release of Pure Love Doves are historically symbolc, representing to many people, the promise and celebration of love, peace, fidelity, unity, tranquility, respect and even good luck and prosperity.

A climatic event in your ceremony with an exceptional lifetime memory.  If your ceremony is outdoors, the release can be coordinated with any part of the ceremony that you choose, such as the kiss at the end. 

Each White Dove release will take place when and where the couple request (where ever possible and safe for our doves).  All releases are fully supervised by experienced handlers who will assist you on the day.

We do not send unaccompanied birds for release. All our doves will be personally delivered and professionally presented for your special occasion.

The most popular white dove release for wedding and civil ceremonies is our "Pure Love" release, this consists of a beautiful pair of pure White Doves in a basket, suitably trimmed with ribbon and flowers, which are symbolically released by the couple following the Wedding or civil partnership service sealing their vows with the romantic release of two perfect White Doves.

We also offer the "Happy Ever After" release which includes the release of a pair of White Doves from a basket as detailed above for the "Pure Love" release but this is then immediately followed by the release of a Flock of White Doves (usually a further 8) from a trimmed basket, they will then circle to join the pair before their journey home.  

 

The release of White Doves at your ceremony is an incredibly moving and romantic occasion for all to remember. Each ceremony is unique, your requirements are fully discussed to ensure your special day goes to plan and together ensure that our doves arrive home safely.  

All of our cages/baskets will trimmed with white flowers and ribbons but these can be easily trimmed in your chosen colours to enable you to complete your specific theme.

Pure Love Doves are pleased to arrange with you a "Pure Love Blessing" poem for your chosen guest to read at your dove release.  You can choose from a selection of poems or have a specially worded poem to suit your own personal occasion it brings all your guests together to join in your special moment in time.

The chosen verse or poem will be presented as scroll for a keepsake of the happy occasion.

"Pure Love" -  £120

The white dove presented to the bride is meant as a symbol of her deep and undying love for her groom.  As the bride allows the dove its freedom to fly, so does she give her husband the freedom to soar toward his goals and to meet his challenges.  While knowing where ever he goes and no matter how long his journey will be, he will always return to the warm loving home they've created together.

The white dove presented to the groom is given as a symbol of the love he holds for his new bride.  As he allows his dove flight, so does he give wings to the new life they are embarking upon.  Just as this Dove is a loving and faithful mate for life, by this act the groom pledges his fidelity and deep devotion to his bride.  This gesture assures the bride that however high they may soar in their endeavour to create the life the two dream of making for themselves, his greatest desire will always be to return to whatever place his bride resides, for that is where his home will always be.

"United Love" - £180

Even more spectacular; an extra basket of 8 doves to portray the love of your close friends or family, to be released momentarily after the two, to join and accompany them on their journey to symbolise their enduring presence should the first two lose their way. 

This service would be appropriate to involve your family and friends in, especially if the betrothed couple had families coming together. 

Included in this option are two white exhibition fantail doves in decorative cages (not to be released) either side of your venue entrance.  This would be a perfect way to welcome your guests to your ceremony and add a hint of excitement that may follow.

"For Eternity" - £320

If you really want to make an impact, why not release two doves first then release 10 white doves to make a spectacular display for all your guests to admire and talk about for many years to come.  With our assistance, your photographer will be able to take some unforgettable pictures.  With this option, we will include two extra white exhibition fantail doves in decorative cages either side of your venue entrance or in the hall of your venue.  This would be a perfect way to welcome your guests to your ceremony and add a hint of excitement that may follow.

Ceremony Memorial Dove - Remembering a special loved one on your special day

You may wish to release doves in memory of friends/family or loved ones who cannot be there on your special day. As part of one of the packages above, we can also offer an extra single Pure Love Dove in hand held heart shaped decorative baskets, maybe for each bridesmaid or a family member as a remembrance to a loved one.

Each individual decorative basket with dove at a cost of £30.00 when included with one of the options above. 

Our options are so flexible we can tailor our services to meet your exact requirements, we can add extra whites doves at your release at a cost of £5 per bird. If your ceremony package is going to be different from those quoted above - we can discuss this with you prior to placing your booking.
